no it's definitely a brown dwarf, it orbits the sun between the kuiper belt and oort cloud and you can see it with infrared if you have night mode on your camera (I haven't personally confirmed it but there are youtube vids in infrared showing it)

Even if it is a black hole we could find it by looking at tiny deviations in the suns orbit of the center of the galaxy just like how we find planets in other solar systems. We look at tiny deviations in the stars orbit and then we use those to estimate the position of planets and shit.

with an object that would have to be millions, possibly billions of times larger than pluto it would have to be millions possibly billions of times farther away. The farther away the less detectible it would be but it would have to be millions of times farther away which would make it have travel really fucking slow to stop from leaving the suns orbit or possibly it would be pulled out of the suns orbit by another object. If I remember correctly the kuiper belt is about 2 times farther away from the sun than pluto. Being millions of times farther away from the sun then pluto would put it many light years away as well. What you see in the video is moving far too fast to be this far away and is likely a satellite. If it was as far away as I said it was it would be moving far faster than light meaning that it could not orbit the sun.

I would assume so, the irregular orbits of neptune and uranus are how they found it in the first place, and since we're relatively close to the sun we just get earthquakes but comets and asteriods are small enough to have their orbits affected severely, probably sending them towards the sun and they could pose a hazard to us

seeing that it's been kept a secret for so long (doubters argue that they should be able to see it with the naked eye because somehow they believe they can see the infrared light from it, which is impossible, you can't see infrared light, look at the ir on your tv remote, you can't see that, same wavelength as the brown dwarf puts out) I don't see it going public until it causes some massive destruction, like smashing into pluto or something

No with something like that nothing would be able to orbit the sun period. If something happened to be caught in-between it and the sun it would be pulled out of its orbit

There could be orbital changes that could leave earth or other planets moving slower and closer to the sun, there would be earthquakes and maybe a change in seasons like summer for example could run double or even triple length but it would return to more or less the same path after Nemesis started moving away.

Our orbit will eventually decay enough that the sun will swallow us, Nemesis might just help us get there quicker. I'm not too worried about it though, with the recent flare activity we'll probably be facing much worse crises soon enough.

yes I'm aware of the fact that the suns gravity is greater. With something that big nothing would be able to maintain orbit and would've been pulled out a long time ago. Neptune, Uranus, and all the planetoids past them such as pluto would've stopped orbiting the sun.
